Start your morning off right while visiting Key West! On our new Mimosa Morning Sail, a few lucky guests will get the opportunity to sail out to sea aboard the luxurious and elegant 80-foot wooden pilot schooner known as the Adirondack III. Not many excursions in Key West make this trip out to the calm crystal-blue waters of Key West at this hour of the day. During our morning sail, everything seems more peaceful and quieter than at other hours of the day.

At this hour, the sun is slowly making its ascent up to the sky, the temperature has warmed up and the tangy sea breeze provides you with a relaxing, tropical island feeling. As you head out to sea, the massive 2000-square-foot canvas sail is raised and the schooner sailboat is on its way out to sea. Many people prefer heading out to sea on a sailboat over any other type of vessel.
There is something that is more romantic, more elegant, and more nostalgic about sailing. The pace is slow but steady, and the strength of the wind keeps you stable. On a sailboat, there is no noise of loud engines, just the calming sound of the ocean and the sea breeze.
On the Mimosa Morning Sail, you and your group can join us for a morning sail like no other. On board, our friendly captain and crew will be on hand to offer you top-quality service.Throughout your sailing journey, you will be able to sip on delicious morning mimosas, a variety of beers and wine, and even champagne - all for just $1 each. Many of our guests also bring their own breakfast or brunch from one of the several nearby harbor-front restaurants such as the popular Schooner Wharf Bar.
During your sailing experience, we will let the morning's winds guide our directions, but depending on the day's wind conditions you can expect to see such popular Key West sights as Fort Zachary Taylor, the vibrant Mallory Square, the wooden Sunset Pier, and the Sand Key Light Tower. As we head further away from the shore, keep your eyes peeled for the wildlife that is found in the Florida Keys such as dolphins, sea turtles, and all kinds of marine birds.
The Adirondack III is one of the latest schooner sailboats to arrive in Key West. The vessel is 80 feet long and is certified to hold up to 49 guests. It features teak decks along with mahogany trimmings and, of course, the nearly 2000 square feet of canvas that make up the sails.
The full morning sail lasts an hour and a half. Drinks are provided on board for the low price of $1 per beverage and guests are allowed (and even encouraged) to bring their own snacks for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!
