With the new Mimosa Morning Sail, guests can start their morning off right by sailing out to sea on the spacious and elegant Adirondack III, an 80-foot wooden pilot schooner. Sip on delicious morning mimosas, beer, wine and champagne as you immerse yourself in beauty of a Key West morning sail.

Head out to the beautiful "back country" area to the north of Key West where you will find the most beautiful nature reserve in the lower keys. Kayak through the mangroves and wildlife of the area, as well as jump into the water to explore the fascinating world underneath the water's surface. Come face to face with all sorts of curious wildlife including turtles, starfish, stingrays and various species of fresh water fish.

Explore the shallows of the Key West National Wildlife refuge aboard a beautiful sailing vessel. This boat features a combination of snorkeling pristine reefs, a fabulous picnic lunch, kayaking the remote islands of the keys and relaxing on remote private sandbars. Do it all or just relax with a glass of wine or beer. The day finishes with a sunset sail on the trip back to Key West. Includes lunch, all snorkeling gear, sodas, beer, wine.

We are currently featuring wines from the United States as well as France, Italy, Australia and New Zealand! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the wind, the water, and the wines. This is a more upscale sunset sail that caters to those people who are not looking to be on a boat with 120 people and really enjoy fine wines. On this trip we take a max of 23 people. We offer a variety of fine wines from around the world and an excellent beer selection. We offer a cheese tray, cracker tray, fruits, vegetables and chocolates.
